My goal is, and always has been, to express and share myself as an artist but I also wish to leave a small ecological footprint in the process.  My jewelry here at Paper Planet is all made from various types of recycled paper.  All paper has been recycled from a previous form (abandoned posters, newspaper articles, magazine pages, cardboard cup warmers, and yes, even the phone book) and transformed into paper beads.  After their transformation, the beads are all sprayed with a coat of sealant to create a water resistant layer and to increase the longevity of each piece of jewelry.  A piece from Paper Planet can make the perfect, economically friendly, accent to any outfit and is sure to elicit comments from friends, coworkers, or even the simple passerby.
